The state board should have avoided

After delaying junior college admissions by several weeks every year for three years, the state board should have avoided hiccups this time. While in 2008 it was the percentile system that held up admissions, the 90:10 policy messed up the 2009 admissions and 2010 was marked by controversy over the best-five policy. Admissions still remain the most stressful phase for students, more than exams. This year, mere documents kept students on the edge. Since admissions can’t commence without original marksheets, the state board should ensure needless delays like this are avoided
