Web developers in London and many other places across the globe have had to re-adapt their strategies to accommodate Google's next big step. That step was the introduction of Google Instant Preview.
Now, for the average browser, superb feature allows them to see a quick snapshot of the site they are about to enter. This allows you to pick sites which look as if they may have the answer to your question.
From a design point of view, this small change actually makes a huge difference. First of all, clients are choosing to enter the site based on the first appearance. We have compiled eight tips from people working in a top London web design agency to assist you with future design:
1. Forget Flash
Let's put it like this, before the introduction of Google Instant Preview, flash was holding on to the edge of a cliff by its fingertips. Since its arrival, it has lost its grip and begun hurtling towards its doom. You see, Google Instant does not currently support flash, therefore potential clients simply get a nice big picture of a puzzle piece (the default image the system uses when it can’t provide a visual from the site), exactly where your costly flash additions should be. The simple answer is - limit the amount of Flash that you incorporate into your site.
2. Simplify matters
The image shown on Google Instant Preview is a shrunken image of the page displayed in the search results. This means that enlarged elements and a far simpler layout is going to make the desired impact.
3. Solve a goal
When searching, the potential client is looking for a solution. They should be able to clearly determine that your site is their answer just by looking at the instant image.
4. Structure will count
It is highly likely that the amount of text on your site, as well as the appearance and placement of it, will be vital. On the small image that is given as a preview, the reader will struggle to read any of the text. Therefore they will have to judge the subject of the copy by reading the small snippets pulled out by the instant Preview feature.
5. Copy is still key
Although this doesn't relate to design, it is important for Google Instant Preview. The feature pulls out pieces of text containing the searched term. Having clear, concise and enticing copy will assist in getting clicks through.
6. Home page is not the only concern
Remember, any page from your site that is indexed can show up on the results page. This means that attention must be given to the entire site.
7. Make use of whitespace
Whitespace has always been a key topic in the media. The same will apply with Google Instant Preview. A clean layout with designated sections is far more attractive than a busy, blurry image.
8. Think mobile
Using the same design elements that you would for a mobile site could be highly beneficial. The size of the image displayed on Google Instant Preview is around the same size as many touch screen phones, thus keeping this in mind may be helpful.

How do I plan my career? Various Steps........
Saturday, December 11, 2010
1. If you can afford to use the services of a career guidance center, you should do so, and use the opportunity of getting expert counseling when you are still in secondary school. Even going otherwise is highly recommended. Career counselors evaluate you on a personal basis, using different scientific tools, before coming to a conclusion. Hence, go to a career-counseling center is always a fruitful exercise.
2. You need to develop a good career plan. You should think about the kind of training, education and skills that you will need to achieve your career goals.
3. Assess your skills and interests. You need to be sure about what you will truly enjoy doing, what are you good at, what your personality type is, and what values you hold.
4. You need to research areas of occupation. You need to find out about the nature of the jobs that interest you, such as defense, manufacturing, management, etc. Find out more about the job profiles, salaries and their trends, potential, and anything else that can help them narrow down the focus.
5. Then you need to compare your skills and interests with the occupation that you have selected. You should then go for a job or career that matches, or is very close to, your skills, interests and personality.
6. After you have chosen the occupation, it is time to formulate a career goal. You need to develop a plan to reach that goal.
7. Then you need to select a few colleges that will offer you the required degree or training program that best meets your goal and financial needs.
50 COMMON INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Tuesday, November 30, 2010
1. Tell me about yourself:
The most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present.
2. Why did you leave your last job?
Stay positive regardless of the circumstances. Never refer to a major problem with management and never speak ill of supervisors, co-workers or the organization. If you do, you will be the one looking bad. Keep smiling and talk about leaving for a positive reason such as an opportunity, a chance to do something special or other forward-looking reasons.
3. What experience do you have in this field?
Speak about specifics that relate to the position you are applying for. If you do not have specific experience, get as close as you can.
4. Do you consider yourself successful?
You should always answer yes and briefly explain why. A good explanation is that you have set goals, and you have met some and are on track to achieve the others.
5. What do co-workers say about you?
Be prepared with a quote or two from co-workers. Either a specific statement or a paraphrase will work. Jill Clark, a co-worker at Smith Company, always said I was the hardest workers she had ever known. It is as powerful as Jill having said it at the interview herself.
6. What do you know about this organization?
This question is one reason to do some research on the organization before the interview. Find out where they have been and where they are going. What are the current issues and who are the major players?
7. What have you done to improve your knowledge in the last year?
Try to include improvement activities that relate to the job. A wide variety of activities can be mentioned as positive self-improvement. Have some good ones handy to mention.
8. Are you applying for other jobs?
Be honest but do not spend a lot of time in this area. Keep the focus on this job and what you can do for this organization. Anything else is a distraction.
9. Why do you want to work for this organization?
This may take some thought and certainly, should be x-udd on the research you have done on the organization. Sincerity is extremely important here and will easily be sensed. Relate it to your long-term career goals.
10. Do you know anyone who works for us?
Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the organization. This can affect your answer even though they asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a friend only if they are well thought of.

How to Hack Facebook Password....
Hacking Facebook Account Password
Hi friend today i am going show you how to hack a facebook account using phisher in my last article "how to hack Gmail account password" i told you about the working of phisher here is the same concept with facebook
Facebook has evolved into one of the hottest social networking website in the world. Here is a simple tutorial that you can use to hack your friend's facebook password. Here i'm writting on hacking Facebbok password using Facebook Phisher.
In the field of computer security, phishing is the criminally fraudulent process of attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. Communications purporting to be from popular social web sites, auction sites, online payment processors or IT administrators are commonly used to lure the unsuspecting public
Please Note: Phishing is legally offensive. I am not responsible for any action done by you.
Hacking Facebook password:
Phishing is the most commonly used method to hack Facebook. The most widely used technique in phishing is the use of Fake Login Pages, also known as spoofed pages. These fake login pages resemble the original login pages of sites likeYahoo , Gmail, MySpace etc. The victim is fooled to believe the fake facebook page to be the real one and enter his/her password. But once the user attempts to login through these pages, his/her facebook login details are stolen away. I recommend the use of Phishing to hack facebook account since it is the easiest one.
1. First of all download Facebook Phisher
2. The downloaded file contains:
4. Now, send this phisher link (index.html link) to your victim and make him login to his Facebook account using your sent Phisher file .
5. Once he logs in to his Facebook account using Phisher, all his typed Facebook id and password is stored in "passes.txt". This file is created in your webhost control panel as shown.

If you dont get passes.txt, try refreshing your page.Once you get passes.txt, you get Facebook password and can easily use it for hacking Facebook account.
6. Now, open passes.txt to get hacked Facebook id and password as shown.

Hope this tutorial was useful for you.

How to Impress a girl some Imp steps.......
Most guys want to impress a girl so she will like him, but most of those guys come about it all wrong, and instead of impressing her, he turns her off. Find out how to turn heads-in your direction.
Steps:------------------------
1. Impress her with your brains, act smarter and more mature than those other idiots.
3. Find out if she is single.
4. Make eye contact as much as u can.
5. Act charming. Have witty conversations with the girl.
6. Know the latest fashions, trends, music, movies, and tv shows.
8. Don't encourage her beauty but tell her that she can better be
9. Be the guy who everyone sits around and listens to.
11. Make her feel really comfortable around you.
Make sure that she knows that she is able to come to you with any problems that she might be having in her life. Also, make sure that she knows that not only can you listen to her problems, but you can also solve her problems, or maybe at least just come up with ideas to help her solve them. Be warned, however. Offering advice is one thing, but girls don't talk about their problems to someone because they want that person to try and solve them all. They want someone who will listen, first and foremost.
12. Now here's the big step, say "I like you" first and then ask her out to a movie, or to lunch.
If she feels the same way that you feel about her, then she will most likely say yes.
13. Don't let anyone dominate you or do something which is really gonna show you below the mark.
14. if she becomes soo friendly or close say "i love you"
15. Be yourself and show her what you really are and note one thing that every girl has different thinking so try to understand her, and don't over limit yourself.
Steps:------------------------1. Impress her with your brains, act smarter and more mature than those other idiots.
But don't come off as a geek or nerd. If you REALLY want to impress her, be interested in her, find her fascinating, listen to her, encourage her to tell you what her opinion is about things, value her input and show sincere respect for her as a person. Do this and you can ignore the rest of the steps in this List..
2. Never try to be physical with her.3. Find out if she is single.
4. Make eye contact as much as u can.
5. Act charming. Have witty conversations with the girl.
6. Know the latest fashions, trends, music, movies, and tv shows.
Pick up a newspaper or a magazine and read through all of the sections. Get a general knowledge of what is going on in today's teen world so you will have a lot to talk about.
7. Make friends with everyone especially girl friends
8. Don't encourage her beauty but tell her that she can better be9. Be the guy who everyone sits around and listens to.
Be the all around guy. Be able to talk to the goths, jocks, popular kids, geeks, and everyone else. She will feel way more comfortable around you knowing that you are cool with everyone you know, instead of being the geek in the back of the classroom who has no friends.
10. Find out what you both have in common, and make sure that she knows that you two have the same likes and dislikes.
11. Make her feel really comfortable around you.Make sure that she knows that she is able to come to you with any problems that she might be having in her life. Also, make sure that she knows that not only can you listen to her problems, but you can also solve her problems, or maybe at least just come up with ideas to help her solve them. Be warned, however. Build iPhone, Android and iPad Applications using jQTouch
Before we start using jQTouch, I would love to put across a few facts about jQTouch.
jQTouch is a plugin for jQuery which means it only enhances jQuery to build smartphone applications that support swiping, and all the other touch gestures. Before you begin development with jQTouch, I would suggest you get comfortable with jQuery.
jQTouch applications are not developed like regular web applications, where in an index page will be loaded with links that lead to other pages, and each page is loaded from the server every time a visitor clicks on a link. With jQTouch, all the pages are loaded once inside the index.html and each page is represented as a seperate div element in the index page. For example, the following html code snippet (
jQTouch comes with javascript files and css files with themes. This defines the look and feel of the application. You won't have to bother about the design as the plugin already comes with predefined styles and graphics from which you can use as the base and extend it further to create your own unique looks. There are two themes that come with the plugin: apple theme and jqt theme. Just like the name implies, the apple theme looks and feels like native iPhone OS apps.
The plugin styles are predefined for the toolbar, rounded button, etc. You will discover this as we move on.
jQTouch applications are basically developed in a single file, usually index.html. It contains the html code, javascript code and the styling. Everything in your application happens inside this file which gets loaded into your smartphone once like gmail and the other google applications.

You can have as many pages as you want with all the pages having links to other pages inside the index.html file, but remember all this is stored in one single file index.html. The link clicks and navigation actions are implemented using javascript inbuilt into jQTouch. You will get to understand this as we implement twigle. Let's first get to know more about twigle. It is a twitter search application for smartphones loaded from the web. We will use jQTouch for client side development, jQuery ajax plugin for the server side communication and PHP in the backend to get the search results from the twitter Search API.jQTouch comes with javascript files and css files with themes.
