System Testing:
Unit Testing:
The unit testing is focuses on verification efforts on the smallest unit of software design, the software component or the design module. All the interface modules were checked to see whether the information flows in and out as desired. The relations in the database are examined to ensure that data stored maintains its integrity during all the steps in the algorithm executions. For e.g. Employee Name must be alphabets and Employee Id must be numeric, no special characters are allowed.
 Validation Testing:
The validation testing is used to check if the software functions in the manner that is expected by the user. Since the project developed was not built for any commercial used it didn’t undergo serve Validation Testing .However a reasonable amount of beta testing was done by making some people use the software and their feedback were taken into account .The Beta testing help to uncover those problems which could only be found out by the end users.

System Maintenance:
The maintenance of software is the time in which software product performs useful work. Maintenance activities involve making enhancements to software products, adapting product to new environment and correcting problems. Software product enhancements involve providing new functional capabilities improving user displays and modes of interactions.
Adaptation of software to new environment may involve moving the software to different machine. Problem correction involves modification and revalidation of software to correct errors.
