That's the new price of an Apple iPhone 3GS from AT&T, which cut it today from $99 to make way for new models. The wireless carrier plans to introduce 20 devices this year for its next-generation mobile network, known as 4G, including Android-based smart phones from Samsung, HTC and Motorola Mobility. When the iPhone 3GS came out in June 2009, it cost between $199 and $299.
